THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

Gratitude is an art of giving thanks. It's a way of saying thank you for what you've done. Showing appreciation, helps open the person up to do more and also help the person have a sense of fulfillment.It gives the person a feeling that you are happy with his or her input,contribution or even gift. A simple ''thank you'' can go a long way in putting smile on a person's face. It can make someone's day. It can help in marriage to keep the home in harmony.

A recent research carried out in Georgia indicated that showing gratitude in marriage is a way to keep the home in peace especially in difficult times. During turbulent times especially times when the family is struggling to make ends meet,couples tend to be more critical, defensive and sometimes aggressive, but showing appreciation can go a long way in mitigating the situation. The study also show that gratitude helps to reduce arguing between couples.

A simple compliment like "you look beautiful", "thank you for being there", "you are the best", can put  a smile on someone's face. Women generally like compliments,so complimenting her regularly will open her up and she will become more obsessed with you.

Kids are not exempted from this. When you appreciate them for the little they have done,they come to you often and they are very excited to do more.

Gratitude can come in the form of resources like gifts, an outing, your time or even kind words from your heart. Now go out there and put a smile on someone's face by expressing gratitude.

NUMBER ONE REASON WHY SO MANY PEOPLE NEVER SUCCEED

So many people never become successful in life, not because they are marked for failure but because they give in to life. The number one reason why most people never succeed in their field or venture is: because they QUIT! . Most people quit. People never realize how close they were to success when they quit. Some people quit even before they get started. Some people start a new venture, they experience their first setback and they give up. Instead of spending time to learn new skills , work on their self and develop their minds, they get frustrated and they give up. Others who start a business, enjoy and flourish in the presence of little success in their business and they are on. The moment they experience temporary loss and setback, they give up.

The popular niche "Winners never quit and quitters never win"  cannot be truer. Those who succeed in life are those who persist and keep going when others are quitting.

If you must be a champion, you must be willing to go through something. Nothing good comes on a platter of gold. Anything worthwhile will require time, will require learning new skills . As popular speaker ''Zig Ziglar say ''to get what you never had, you must become the person you have never been''

Although I must admit that sometimes, things become really frustrating,sometimes it feels like the world is falling down on you. Things may become really awry but the best thing to do is not to quit but to persevere.
Going through challenges help build your character, it help you learn new things about your venture, above all it helps you learn new things about yourself. At the end of pain is success.

This is what you must do when you start a new venture; first identify your reasons for starting the venture for example a business. You must have a strong reason for going into business, your WHY must be big enough.
Secondly; you must set goals for yourself. Goals will help you stay on track.

Identify your WHY, write it down. Write out your goals as well. Whenever you feel like quitting, always review your WHY for starting.

If you can persevere, keep learning and keep taking action steps, ultimately you'll succeed.

MARK ZUCKERBERG AND PRISCILLA CHAN WELCOME NEW BABY

         

World youngest billionaire and CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg welcome his first baby on December 2. He and his wife Priscila Chan welcomed a baby girl who they named Max.

 As a way to commensurate her presence into into the world, Mark decided to give 99% of Facebook shares to charity,estimating about $45 billion.

 When asked what prompted him to give out such fortune early in his life on Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg replied   "Two main ideas have led us to start early. First is that we have a lot to learn and giving, like anything else, takes practice to do effectively. So if we want to be good at it in 10-15 years, we should start now. Second is that any good we do will hopefully compound over time. If we can help children get a better education now then they can grow up and help others too in the time we might have otherwise waited to get started".

THE VALUES OF A NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS

Network Marketing as we have known over time has become a unique business and has been changing lives in the 21st century , it has become a personal franchize that has been transforming the lives of many people both the poor and the middle class in the society. Through this business, many people have been able to amass great wealth for themselves,achieve financial freedom and fire their boss. As much as network marketing is a great business that has unlimited income potential, the money you earn from this business will increase significantly tarrying to your personal growth and development.

1. The ability to get rich while you are helping others get rich: unlike every other business, network marketing is a business of relationship, it is a business that does not require so much invested like in Real Estate and the likes but rather, a business that involve building genuine relationships with people. THE CONSPIRACY OF THE RICH

 

The popular saying "the Rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer" is no longer new to most of us anymore.

The Rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. This is as a result of the inefficiency in the system. The Rich understand the law of wealth and they act on it,the poor do not know about this or  ignore  it and thereby they are at the detriment of the Rich guys.

The Rich understand the law of wealth and applies it.
"The law of wealth states that to be wealthy,you don't work alone,you must work with people".
The Rich understand this law and apply it.

They use the system of leverage to make themselves richer. This they do by buying the time,energy and intelligence of the poor and middle class and using it to make themselves richer while given them salary.

Ironically some people think they own a job ,but actually the job owns them. They are slaves to their boss. Take example Warren Buffet - world ardent investor who only meet with his board of directors twice in a year. Buffet employs smart guys who manage his business for him while he may be on a beach having a nice time with his family. Yet Buffet is still  the richest investor on planet earth.

The Rich will always be richer, because of this fact. The poor and middle class use their intelligence, skill and time to make money for the rich,and out of the money they made they will be paid a percentage of it.

Some people who earn up to $100,000 think that they are well to do. The truth is; before you can be paid $100,000 ,your intelligence, skill and time put into your work is x10 of what you are paid.

These Rich guys most of the time are not well educated,no college degree,or some of them are high school dropouts. The likes of Henry Ford, Larry Ellison, Bill Gates and many others are example of this fact. They are not well educated with all the book knowledge but they leverage on the intelligence of the poor and middle to make themselves richer.

Knowing this fact alone,it has become imperative to mind your business. Work for yourself and your dreams rather than for your boss.

Have you given up??? 
Have you accepted defeat as part of your conditioning and no longer stretching yourself?? Are you among those that say "well I tried it before, it doesn't work". Well it may be true it didn't work out for you,but that doesn't mean it does not work. The fact that it works for somebody else means it's working, maybe you just haven't applied the right techniques or maybe you haven't persisted long enough. In this current world, nothing is impossible- who thought that metals could fly in the air today, who ever believed that cars could ride in water, well today it is a reality. That you can't do more than what you are doing currently?? I'm sorry to break your heart my Dear, but you can do exceedingly great things. I implore you today to believe in yourself as nobody can stop you unless you stop yourself. I don't care if you have failed before ,well you are not the only one many great people today have also failed - the likes of Thomas Edison who failed over 1,000 times before he could invent the light bulb which is now beneficial to his generation and people round the world, the Wright brothers who were thrown in the asylum for having the idea of making an aeroplane, Oprah Winfrey who had multiple challenges growing up ,became pregnant as a teenager,or even Dangote the popular one you know who failed five times before he  finally became the richest black man in the world, or even the incumbent President Gen Buhari who failed on three different occasions but persisted for 12 and he finally broke through, so you see you are not alone if you have encountered setbacks before. As Winston Churchill says "success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm". Whatever you put in mind to do, you can do it. Be willing to pay the price for that which you want, network with the right people and persist long enough (doing the right thing consistently but using different techniques) . You deserve greatness! THE HIDDEN DECEIT - THE MOST VALUABLE THINGS YOU GIVE TO YOUR BOSS!

It's ironic how people work so hard everyday,thinking they own a job when actually the job owns them. Many people go through life living in quiet desperation agonizing over the nature of their jobs - how bad it sucks! Unfortunately many of them do nothing about it and in the end get to accept the circumstances surrounding them. It has been said times without number that the "Rich are getting richer and the Poor getting poorer". This has become an issue of concern in the shrinking economy today.

Why is that so??? Why are the Rich getting richer?
There's no doubting the poor and middle class work harder than the Rich guys but unfortunately their pockets are not working hard for them. The Rich do not work hard,but smart.

They build a system which operates with or without their presence or effort and employ smart guys to work for them. Under normal circumstance, a fresh college graduate is happy picking a job, but unknowingly to him ,he is falling into a trap. I call it "time-for-money-trap". It sounds ironic but it's the truth..  When one picks up a job,he's saying to the boss take control of my life and give me Money. The BOSS (BUSY OVER SOMEONE SUCCESS) gladly accepts and take in the guy as his employee. He agrees to give him money and takes away the most important things in anybody's life ,which are.

1. Time: According to Arnold Bennett, "the greatest asset of a man is his time". This is what employees give to their boss. The boss dictates when you are to come to work,when you are to leave. This is usually the hours of 8a.m to 4p.m,the most important time of our lives,when we can do transaction with any living company. Usually from 4pm to 6p.m,everyone is retiring home after the day's activities,tired and exhausted. People trapped in this race called the" Rat race" go through much torture everyday. They willingly give their eight hours to their boss who uses a system of leverage on them and give them salary.

2. Freedom: people who work under a boss,are never in control of their destiny. They do not have financial freedom, they work almost all their lives and in the end retire into poverty depending on the government or their family for survival. When you are working under a boss,you can take a French leave, no holidays for you unless the boss grants you. You can be posted to another branch ,state or location different from where your family resides. Your holidays are determined by your boss because he controls you by controlling your paycheck.

3. Choice: the choice of the kind of house you will live in, the car you will drive, the kind of clothes you wear and the lifestyle your family lives is determined by the amount of money you earn which is controlled by the boss. With the dwindling economy, high cost of living and increasing inflation, surviving has posed serious challenges to people. Paychecks no longer counts,the salary (Something Always Low And Reduces You) which comes in at the end of the month goes out as quick as a flash. Most times through necessary expenses food like food, clothing, water, transport and some other meagre expenses. This force most people to settle for less than they actually need,take a less deserving lifestyle trying to live on less wage.

Like I said before,there are many ways to stay motivated and stay diminished. I don't mean to make you feel like I'm the greatest but I'm very serious about my life and making an impact in your life. Here are some of the tips you should watch out for if you want to stay motivated at all times


ALWAYS BE POSITIVE

The times may be hard at times, but do not give up . There are some things that would happen in your life at times. Always remember where you are going to and do not forget your modified times

WRITE OUT YOUR DREAMS

According to Napoleon Hill, to be successful three things must be taken into congnizance. You must know what you want , how you want it and when you want it. Write out your dreams,the things you want to do,the person you want to be and the things you want to achieve. Break it down into goals and review it everyday. Let that motivate you,as you look into the future,you are always positive that there's something you are after.

KNOW THAT IT'S NEVER GOING TO BE EASY CHASING YOUR DREAMS

Knowing this fact alone can keep you motivated at all times. Chasing your dreams is never going to be easy . NO it's not.There are times when it's going to be hard. Sometimes things do not just work out, other times,there are bad days.There are frustrations and difficulties you have to face sometimes,it will be hard I tell you.Great people today in the world like Steve Jobs,Bill Gates, Thomas Edison,Mark zuckerberg who achieved great things today know it wasn't easy.It was hard for them , some of them went through insurmountable odds.Don't expect things to be easy for you.Nothing of great value ever comes easily

WORK ON YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES

Spend time working on yourself, constantly work on yourself.Improve your skills and craft everyday, find books that relate to your craft and follow them diligently
