As we have probably heard times without number, leaders are readers. One uniqueness of successful entrepreneurs is that they are readers. They are always learning and improving their skills. If you consider yourself an entrepreneur,then these five books must be be in your personal library.

1. THINK AND GROW RICH (by Napoleon Hill)

This book written by Napoleon Hill in the year 1930 is a landmark today and has been impacting lives of people round the world. It is considered as one of the best personal development book of all time. In this book, Napoleon Hill explained the philosophy of the mind and how it can be used to amass great well. Having analyzed hundreds of men that were successful and thousands of people considered failures,hill delivered articulately the principles of getting everything you want in life (including riches). As at the time of Hill's death (1970), Think and Grow Rich has sold over 20 million copies. By 2011, over 70 million copies had been sold worldwide.

2. THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON  (by George S. Clasons)                                                                                                                                    In this book George Clason  dispenses financial advice through a collection of parables set in ancient babylon. This book written in the 90's focuses on teaching you how to save a part of your income first before you spend on expnses,live below your means,control your expenditure and judiciously make your money produce more money for you. :It's a must read for every entrepreneur as it really propel the idea of 'pay yourself first' propagated by most financial experts.

3. RICH DAD POOR DAD (by Robert Kyosaki)

 Robert Kyosaki is no doubt one of the best selling authors of all times. Having being taught two different lessons by his poor dad and rich dad about money,he collected the ideas together and put it into this book "Rich Dad Poor Dad. This book focuses on teaching financial literacy - what the rich and the poor teach their children about money,business ventures,difference between an 'asset' and a 'liability'. In this book, Robert Kyosaki goes on to explain 'that your house is not an asset'. This has been frowned upon by some people including bankers who claim that your house is an asset.This book has been a  New York Times bestseller and has sold over 26 million copies.

4. CASHFLOW QUADRANT (by Robert Kyosaki)

Cashflow Quadrant is written in succession following Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kyosaki thoroughly explained the four ways in which  we receive income and the different values associated with each quadrant. 5. THE POWER OF SELF DISCIPLINE - NO EXCUSES (by Brian Tracy )

Without self discipline,no other principles of success can be applied effectively. In this book Brian Tracy literally put into writing ways to stop procastinating and start doing. According to Mark Twain "there are are a thousand reasons for failure, but never a good one". Brian Tracy will teach you how to stop sabotaging yourself and start applying self discipline in every area of your life - family, business, leadership,finance,learning and many more. "Self discipline is the ability to do that which your ought to do even when you do not feel like doing it"
